Appointment Policies Thank you for choosing Lueur Skin. To provide the best experience for every client and ensure appointments run smoothly, please review our policies below. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. No-Call, No-Show
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will forfeit their booking deposit, be charged 25% of the scheduled service total, and may lose the ability to book future appointments at Lueur Skin. Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive within this time, your treatment may be shortened to ensure we remain on schedule for the next client, and the full service price will still apply. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a No-Show, and the cancellation policy will be enforced. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of other clients. These policies allow us to provide the exceptional service and personalized experience that every guest deserves.
