We are a facial salon conveniently based out of West Covina. We specialize in luxury facial treatments focusing on the prevention and correction of every skin concern. Our goal is to give you the glowiest skin ever.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Rescheduling & cancellations must be done at least 48 hours in advance using the link on your confirmation email. If changes are made with less that 48 hours you will lose your initial holding deposit. No call no show will be blocked from scheduling in the future and you will loose your deposit & be charged 30% of the service total. There is a 10 min grace period, in order not to disrupt the following clients appointment, your session will be shortened and you are expected to pay for the full service. Late arrivals past 10 min will be cancelled and marked as a No show.
